FX 9xxx is a big no straight! A power hungry CPU with no real use in gaming. Also there's no RAM in your system.

Here's a lot better, stable, power efficient, high quality and powerful system:

Very bad CPU choice.
If you want to stick to AMD then get an FX8230, but taking into consideration that you play WoW I'd go for intel, i5 4690k for example, since WoW realies heavily on CPU performance and AMD just cant contest Intel there.

Arguably, the CPU is a heat machine and for gaming it really isn't necessary to have an 8-core AMD cpu. I would much rather opt for an i7 and a Z97 board. However, this is your choice, but the 8-core CPU will only pull ahead in heavily threaded applications, of which there aren't many in terms of games.

i7 is a beast CPU for any CPU intensive task, if you want to do, and an absolute beast for gaming.

16GB 1866/9 RAM RJZ.

A very good OCing MoBo.

Best air cooler for decent OC temps.

250GB SSD + 3TB HDD.

EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB Superclocked ACX, you can upgrade even further to Dual Classified ACX as 40 bucks are to spare. Any 780 Ti would be more than enough for FHD though.

Tier 1 PSU.

Windows 8.1, Fractal case, 2 extra fans.

Hope it helps :)

Oh yes that's a monster card, an absolute wonder and better than what I suggested :)
