Palit GTX 750 ti OC 2gb Gddr5 can run max setting Assasins creed iv blackflag

ahm i want to ask if is it normal my PC can run max setting AC4 Blackflag at around 34-43 while gaming.
i googled and i read that the 750 ti can run but not at max settings.

so is my PC specifically GPU fine and those sites was just a lie? or my PC is going into something.

my specs are
600 w psu,
intel core i3 3210 3.2 ghz.
4 GB team elite 1333 ram.
500GB WD
External My book WD 1 TB USB 2.0
mobo asus P8H61-M LX3 PLUS R2.0
GPU: GT 630 2 gb ddr3.
Monitor AOC 18.5 '' Vga port. 1366x768 resolution

Not at them frame rates at max settings. Normal settings is what you want with the 750 ti. However, as you are using a much lower resolution, it should perform better, but I still think Max settings might be too much.

At that resolution my pc ran Maxed with FXAA 60 fps
GTX 750 ti
Core i5
4gb ddr3
m

Since you're on HD, you can expect such results from 750 Ti. Switch over to FHD and your FPS will cut by 5-15 thus becoming unplayable on Ultra.
