Ok i have Delta GPS 450aa-100 450w power supply

So its making this very quite noise like electrical buzzing , even when computer is off but power supply is getting power.
I also took off all cables from cpu and turned on psu alone and still made that sound.
P.S Sound is not very loud even in silent room you have to put your next to it to listen to it.

Is there anything to worry?
Is something lose in the power supply and vibrating?

not everyone can hear it due to the high frequency.the older you are the less likely you whould be able to hear it.
a stabilizer wont make this disapera.it will only help the voltage be stabilized and prevent spikes.
it might even be cheaper bying a new power supply.

it is not suposed to be danegerous.
power supplys usualy have overvoltage protections short cuirquit protections and more.
now if you can put something inbetwene your pc and the power outlet for safetey that would be even better.
