Hello, So I wanted to buy parts and build a computer myself for 3D animation and 720p HD rendering for 560$ at least, but my friend who works at a local computer store said that he had something just as good for 500$. problem is im to new to computer building and dont know if this is really good enough for what I need but, If you think its worth it please let me know.

(BUILD FROM WHAT HE'S TOLD ME)

Dell Inspiron 660 with
8gb of 1600mhz Kingston ram
a Gigabyte AMD Radeon 6870 2gb graphics card
a 4th gen 2.7ghz i5 4440 quadcore processor
1tb HDD

If its able to run my programs and render my animations thats all i need, it doesnt need to be good enough to play video games
