Pc suddenly slow

My pc suddenly became slow and it keeps warning that my virus protetction is off and when i try to put my fsecure on it says reboot you pc but i cant do that because when i press turn off nothing happens. I restored a week back to a restore point but it didnt help. Can it be because that i plugged my power cord off by accident so can it be because that? I checkded my hard drives for corruption
but they said no problems? I got my windows defender to scan it but the scan freezed at almost done it scanned files but the loading bar didnt move. Please help! (Sorry for bad english)

At this condition, you have to backup your data and format the windows partition i.e. the C: drive. Then reinstall the OS. Or you have enough time to do maintainence of your PC, so best of luck. You can try defragging your HDD, and CCleaner for dumping wastage.
