Looking for gaming monitor 22' and under

Due to some space restrictions, I cannot buy a gaming monitor above 22'. I wanted something similar to ASUS VG248QE which was the monitor I was about to buy , and only found BENQ RL2420HE which is and rts monitor. I play rts games , but I play lots of fps , tpa ,too, so I turned down tis monitor after reading some reviews too. Some guys suggested me ASUS VS228H-P which seemed good, but I don't like the 5 ms response time since I am a competitive gamer. Been stuck for years with a LED-Lit LCD Samsung Syncmaster 931c (2ms, 1280x1024) and after getting a gtx 760 Its high time to switch to 1080p gaming. Any suggestions guys?
