I have a working computer with a Gigabyte H55M-S2 mobo and a Kingston 1333 MHz 2GB RAB stick. The problem is, when I try switching the RAM sticks, the computer stops booting up at "Starting windows". Installing Win7 freezes too after the loading screen.
The problem is obviously related to the KingMax 4GB RAM stick, but I did try it in another PC, and it did work. My PC's mobo's specs say it can take up to 16GB of RAM, so I guess the +2 GB upgrade shouldn't be quite a problem.
The computer was fulli functional with 2x ram sticks, so both the slots are working.
Long story short:
2 ram sticks, both working in my brother's PC, both 1333MHz, both DDR3, the 2GB one is working in my computer, one is not. Any suggestions?
