I wouldn't go with a Corsair PSU. Try Antec, EVGA, SeaSonic, Thermaltake or XFX to name a few.

And most importantly with PSU please read this before purchasing one.

If I am not mistaken the G.Skill is a better manufacturer for RAM and you can get a cheaper one for 8GB at 1866MHz.

Everything else is fine.

You might want to go with the Intel core i5-4690K if you can extend your budget a bit as it offers way superior performance compared to the FX.

I recommend an XFX, EVGA or a Seasonic PSU over the Corsair one which you have selected.
PSU recommended: http://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-600W-Bronze-Power-Supply/d...
If you want a more efficient one, here it is: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-120pg...

And, instead of the kingston RAM, a Gskill 1866Mhz RAM is recommended, its good and very good especially for gaming rigs like yours.
RAM recommendation: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B007K4MZFM/?tag=pcp0f-21

And, an Intel Core-i5 is better than the AMD FX processor, the i5 is better. :D
CPU recommendation: http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Processors/In...
this CPU has lower power consumption (TDP) than the FX-8320. :)

And what about a mobo? Do you have one (if you are going with the i5, then the mobo's socket should be LGA1150)? If you don't have one, here is the suggested one: http://www.morecomputers.com/extra.aspx?pn=MAXIMUS%20VI...
If this mobo is out of budget, then this: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z87k
and if you want even cheaper: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-h97guar...
These mobos are for the i5.
:D  ;)  :)
