I did a backup on my laptop to my book live using smartware. When it backed up it moved all the files to my book live and deleted my files on the laptop. I don't know why it deleted my files. When I go to retrieve them smartware shows two folders. One says retrieved. The second folders says other. It will only retrieve the few files in retrieved and will not touch other. How do I get my files back?
