hello,

just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. i was given a windows 7 machine as an upgrade and i kept the windows xp running for a few applications that i need. is there a way to create an image/iso of my windows xp hard drive so that i can use it in virtual box? at this point i would like to get rid of the whole computer and use virtual box when i need access to those applications from my xp machine.

thank you

follow this if your running windows 7 pro

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id...

It should install windows virtual pc and install a free version of xp for you. Not sure if it will fully work now that Microsoft has stopped support of xp
