sweex wireless mouse

Purchased this wireless mouse and cannot connect it to my samsung laptop ..... should be able to just plug the usb in and hey presto mouse works - but no it dosent. Comes up with no hard drive to support this but there is no hard drive ..... 2 days now of googling !! 2 days of speaking with microsoft !! All to no avail....... anyone offer any advice or help please . Lyn

Why don't you try Sweex support this may be a known problem.

Hi there thanks for reply. I have tried Samsung websites for this solution but it does not recognize the model I have ........ when I look in device manager I have mouse/keyboard Synaptics PS/2 port pointing device when I actually need PS/2 Compatible mouse. I have managed to connect it to another laptop via this. I look for the compatible device which is there but says access denied.......???? confused.
