Which do i choose?

1) Athlon X4 760k and ATI HD 5450 1GB ddr3 OC'd a bit

2) A8 6600k

I plan to play games like World of tanks, kerbal space program, and arma II

Is this all your budget allows? At this price, you wont get very good price to performance. Can you afford something like a $50 intel mobo, $50-60 ish intel cpu, r9 270 from ebay for $100 or if you cant afford that a 7770 from ebay maybe. an 8320 + am3+ mobo is also a very good lowwer cost option, but it costs a bit more.
