What thermal paste did you used? If you used a cheap one or a pre-applied one then you have to remove it and use a better one. Also did you install the H100i firmly into the cpu, and is it on the proper orientation? I mean is it throwing cool air on the refrigirator or you it is sucking hot air from the interior of ur case?

The h100i has pretty good thermal paste already applied. In would suspect its not seated correctly or perhaps your airflow is awful. In don't even hit 70c with mine in bf4 and mine is oc'd to 4.8.

i recently changed the thermal paste, its either i didnt placed it correctly(first time changing it) or i didnt placed it enough. h100i is pulling hot air out.

It should pull the cool air inside not to suck the hot air out. I have an H80i and i have istalled it with push pull configuration and it specific said to pull cool air from outside the case through the radiator and the second fan it is helping the flow of the air. I guess if you are not on push/pull which requires 2 more fans then you must find a way to place the fans on the top and blow cool air in the radiator.
