Do you already own any of those parts?
Change the Core i5 with a Core i3-4150 and buy a GTX 750Ti or R7 265. Motherboard, anyone with the H97 chipset. PSU must be a good brand for safety, like XFX, Corsair, Antec, etc. I'm no expert in PSU so i can't make a specific model suggestion. RAM, any 2 x 4GB 1600MHz kit. Any other hardware is up to you.

With 600$ you definitelly can't buy an i5 with proper motherboard and gtx 650 from a local store... and decend case for cooling... Even the build I have send you costs a bit more than 100$...I suggest to go for AMD and Radeon then.. they are cheaper and have close performance to i5 and nvidia
im not really familiar on amd processors( coz i dunno whats the latest and its equivalent on intel processors) but i think ill replace the i5 on my list if it not suit on my budget..btw can you give me the exact name of the amd process thats almost equal to i5 and what type of radeon you telling
thanks for the reply =)

The lowest 4th gen Core i5 is the 4430 (2 cores/ 4 threads), which performs almost equally to the AMD FX-6300 (3 modules/ 6 threads) in multi threaded tasks, but in single threaded tasks the Core i5 performs about 30% better (performance numbers taken from cpubenchmark.net).
If what you want is a budget gaming PC, you don't need a Core i5, with a Core i3 is enough, and the rest goes to the graphics card mainly.

Agree with brunostako..Get i3 4130 cpu, ASUS H81M-A motherboard (cheaper) or Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 (expensier) and gtx750ti if you can... if not gtx 750
power supply, get anything with 600W from xfx/seasonic/corsair that is bronze certified or higher...
I think i3 is enough then ill go for gtx750 or 750ti depends if i can add a lil bit money XD
btw whats a good cooling fan because ill not use water cooling thanks!

Well, it would be kind of a waste of money an aftermarket cooler for the core i3 because it's not a hot CPU, even more if you're in a budget. But if you don't want to use the stock cooler, I suggest the cooler master hyper tx3, it's good and cheap.
It would be better if you use the money for the cooler and invest on a good PSU. If at the end you have money left, then buy the less important stuff.

Yes every cpu you buy comes with the stock cooler, ans trust me stock cooler is fine for i3. Buy seasonic or evga power supply 600-650W instead of wasting money on cpu cooler... After 6 months of using your computer just buy new thermal paste ( arctic mx-4 or silver5) and change it. You can also buy few additional case fans that are not so expensive..

Yes everything is good... I would pick ASUS GTX750ti, and instead of Toshiba HDD I would pick Seagate 1TB model: ST1000DM003 if you can find it
Ok ill try to get the seagate..but one last question is 550w psu(corsair) is enough on this system or i really need the 650w ?
but its ok its only 10USD difference according on the price list where i can buy the parts XD
Thank you

Your build looks good. I will point out 2 things:
1. Even when is not very significant, you should use a 2 x 4GB RAM kit instead of 1 x 8GB RAM. Dual channel does help a little in general (gaming included).
2. This is even less significant, i recommend using a motherboard with the H97 chipset (the one you looked has H81 chipset) because it allows you to upgrade your CPU in the near future if you ever want. But if never gonna do it or do it in 3 years or more, stay with the H81. By that moment there will be new platforms.
Out of those thing, everything is ok.

Bro eto build mo panigurado sakto ang budget mo. kase nag babase lang naman sila dito, masmura ang mga piyesa sa US kaya in the end pag binuo mo to sa pinas, mahal.
I5 4460= 8.1k
Gigabyte H97M D3H = 4.2k
Palit GTX 750 Ti 2Gb Stormx Dual fan= 7.2k
Kingston HyperX Fury 4gb 4gbx1 DDR3 1600 CL9 = 2k
Seasonic S12II 520w 80+bronze - 2.7k
WDC Blue 1Tb = 2.6k
AEROCOOL VS-3 BLACK case -1.6k
total = 28,500 PHP
kahit paano future proof itong i5 nato. magdagdag kalang ng isapang Kingston HyperX Fury 4gb in the future makakalaro kana ng mga latest games Hi res.

If the motherboard has a PCI-Express 16x, it is compatible.PCI-Express is backwards compatible between generations. A PCI-Ex 3.0 card can be used in a PCI-Ex 1.0 slot and a PCI-Ex 1.0 card can be used in a PCI-Ex 3.0 slot.
How can i know if it is PCIE 16x? the counts of pins? i just heard it from a friend
or 9400 GT is pcie 16x already?
sorry im really noob on this things XD
