Disabling vsync on google chrome

I think they removed this option from chromw://flags so where does ot go cause my FPS doesnot go over 60 so where that setting went:3
I got windows 8.1 64bit R9 290X+I7 4790K

On a standard 60Hz monitor, there is none. Besides... FPS doesn't matter for web browsing. I googled it and the only purpose for the disable vsync flag was for web developers to test browser application performance.
