Hi, I am upgrading my cooler to an corsair h60, and I want to know how to properly clean of the thermal paste from the last cooler. Keep in mind the thermal paste will probably not be dried, the paste was put on about 2 months ago. Replies appreciated!

Solution
Wet a tissue with => 91% isopropal alcohol and rub it off in a circular pattern. Once it "looks" clean (there will still be residue), repeat the process, with the alcohol, with a piece of microfiber cloth (lens cloth).

LOL. Make sure that is is exactly 92,76% isopropyl alcohol and rub it in clockwise direction (NOT in the counterclockwise!). Then clean it with dry silk cloth (NOT sintetic, real silk). Then put it in a vacuum bag and leave it in the room temperature (NOT over or below 24-25 oC) for exactly 23,8 Minutes, before reapplying the new paste...

Just clean it. It will not explode like in american movies...
