Okay, so I built my computer recently (put it all together on friday and installed windows on saturday) and it worked fine rest of saturday and the whole of sunday... Then on monday me and some friends went to have a LAN - party and from there it was all downhill... Under the night the computer crashed 4 times. The first time I let it sit for maybe a minute and restarted it, worked fine until I started playing CS:GO when it crashed again, restarted is directly this time just to have it die again after maybe 1 - 2 minutes...
So after that I just waited to get picked up and went home to test if it was because we were hooking up a series of extension cords and it was because the power wasn't sufficient at the end of it. So when I got home I started it up and let it sit while I had dinner, still on when I got up so I started watching some series and went to bed after a little while.
Next day after school I get home and I start it up, started playing some games and it dies again... hmmm, maybe it's overheating, so I opened it up and felt around. The air was kind of hot and so was the graphics card and the CPU coolers heatsink... So I moved a fan around in the tower to get some better airflow and opened up windows to get some fresh air into the room.
Also note that by this point it had only died while playing games like CS:GO.
So after it shutdown I let it stand and waited until the air in the room was cool, started it up and installed HWinfo to keep track of the temperatures... Started watching some series again, checked HWinfo now and then, everything looked good. Then it died again, never did the temperature on the CPU or motherboard exceed 40 degrees celsius and when i touched the graphics card that wasn't hot either.
So the question is, what can it be? I have no god damn idea anymore
