i had tryed a lot but a can't solve the windows 8.1 store
error like this "We weren’t able to connect to the Store"
so plz help me

I don't know what to do for this problem. It's not uncommon but most people just end up doing a refresh, renew or reinstall to solve it. Have you run windows update and installed all the critical and important updates? And just out of curiosity, you do have an activated version of windows installed yes?
