Will my Cpu bottleneck my Gpu?

I have a Core 2 Duo E8600 processor. 3.33 ghz. I then have a Nvidia Gts 450 evga 1 gddr5 gpu. Will the processor bottleneck my gpu? What is bottlenecking?

Bottlenecking is when a component like CPU or GPU doesn't allow another component like GPU or CPU to function upto its potential and instead acts like a blockage thus giving unwanted stutters/ low FPS even with good 1st component. It usually happens when a very powerful GPU is matched with a lowly CPU.
No, your CPU won't bottleneck your GPU :)
