Does painting the motherboard tray make it no longer ground?

Would painting the motherboard tray, as seen here:

Would that make it no longer ground?

If so, how can you paint a motherboard tray and still have it ground?

Or just do you not paint the little things that the motherboard sits on... Cant remember what they are called... The little screw-stand things...

That'll tick me off until I remember...

Solution
The things the motherboard sits on (and are screwed to) are called "standoffs". Some are metal to make the ground connection and some are plastic just to keep the board from flexing too much when you install and remove components like RAM sticks and drive connectors.

The ground connections need metal to metal contact but it can be inside the holes so make sure they are bare metal inside.
