We lost power for a minute a few nights ago and after it came back on my Verizon fios modem/router is no longer detection the coax cable. The WAN coax light is off and we have no Internet through wireless or direct connection. Reset router, reset main box, moved modem to other coax cables. We still have cable and the phone line still works, router still powers up and the network still show up wireless but with no Internet. Verizon sent a new router and I repeated the above steps with no luck

It sounds like it is the problem on your ISP (internet service provider) side. You can call them and ask them to check whether the internet is up or not.

If you have an optical network terminal (ONT) on the side of your house, it's possible that this unit lost power or needs to be reset. You should have access to a part of the ONT and should be able to check any status lights. Check that the power supply for the ONT has not lost power (tripped circuit breaker or GFCI outlet tripped).

Yeah when I say main box I meant the ONT, that's been reset many times and according to the lights in that everything is fine (power, network etc)
