Ok, so, earlier today I was going through BIOS to maybe speed up my computer because it's been freezing and crashing more lately than it used to. Ever since I turned on "MSI Fast Boot" and "AMD Quick 'n' Quiet", my mouse and keyboard do not power at startup to allow me to access BIOS.
