actually I saved my important document MS word file in libraray folder and forgot to save it in the partition before reinstalling the window 7 and in this way lost my file ... I tried to recover the files by using ontract software . succeded to recover some file but still the file of my interest is not recovered ...plzzz help how I can recover the remaining files plzzzz plzzzz

If recovery software can only retrieve some of your files, it means the others have been overwritten too many times and have therefore been destroyed. You should have kept all your files backed up to another hard drive (or to optical discs) as a matter of daily or weekly routine, then you wouldn't have lost them.
