I posted a build yesterday an PC build with AMD processor under 600$ (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/TK6xxr). Now I was thinking to upgrade it and I tried to make a new build under 900$ with an Intel processor and I want to ask you a few question.

1. Do you recommend me another motherboard for this CPU (under or at the same price)? Because I heared that at some Intel Z87 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs like mine (Intel Core i5 4690k).
2. Is this CPU Cooler that I added more good than Intel's one?
3. Does my PSU, Cooler and GPU's fans silent enough? I don't wanna hear a concert in my PC.
