I work on an HP laptop with two additional monitors. When Intel did an upgrade both of my additional monitors went black. My laptop no longer recognizes the additional monitors. What do I do to get my additional monitors back?

Hello... there is a intel APP did you check in your Control panel?
Also you can turn off and on by right clicking your Desktop-Screen resolution to change Windows Display screens and settings.

Hello... 1)Down Load The proper intel Video driver from their site,
2)Un-install the Intel driver App.
3) reboot
4)Start the intel Install App.

A fast way would be...
Run a Windows Recovery Date for the Pre-Intel Update settings.
