XFX 550W Pro Shipmens barcode is not exist

Hi,

I'm trying to return a XFX 550W Pro series PSU, I've had it since March 05 this year, so it's still fully in warranty, I bought it from Scan, and when I enter the Serial number on the top of the PSU in XFX's "Register a new product" support section here: http://www.xfxsupport.com/customer/regshipbarcode.aspx
It gives me the error "Shipmens barcode is not exist"

Any ideas what I can do? Should I contact Scan?
Also, why is XFX's site's grammar so terrible, I thought XFX was an American company?

It is, I linked to their support site which is at a different address, if you click technical support on the main site it redirects you there.

I have, no response though, was wondering if anybody else had any ideas of if this is a common problem or if I can contact Scan.

see if scan could help you since it was not registered in the 30 days of buying you may not have the lifetime warranty .
