android - authentication problem?

I have just purchased the Android 4.4.4 tablet. I am trying to conect to my virgin wifi - I have entered the passwor, was connected and for some reason it is now shwing authentication problem

If you are putting the password, it sometimes helps to put the show password on just before connecting just in case you have miss typed. If that doesn't work try what g90814 said. If that doesn't work try to connect to another network if you can and see if its the phone or the router.
