I hoping I'm posting this in the right place, if not, please redirect me to the correct place.

Today I got this weird virus/adware. It first happened while on youtube, watching a video (not sure exactly which video). The virus/adware acts as if its Google Chrome, a program of which I do not have on my PC. I cannot find anything about this at all on Google. I used Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essential and neither can find this. The ads that pop up are things like: Budwiser, "Free games", different wake boarding sports and dirt biking things.

The running program is browser.exe*32

When I go to the file location it brings me to Locallow folder under AppData where it lies.

After that I find that the folder are called RecieverVisual and ProvidedInfinity.

Does anyone know anything about this and how I can remove it? It's becoming increasingly annoying to deal with.

Solution
I solved the problem, for anyone who may read this and has this problem. After using 5 different scanners (Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebyters, APD (or something like that), Kaspersky, and finally AVG) AVG found it immediately after installation and removed it. It disguised itself as a System process called UIVoice. It was located in C:\User\AppData\local\UIVoice. This also ran a mock version of Chrome with the process of browser.exe*32, I also found that other trojan's named browser.exe*32 tend to take screenshots of your personal information. No where on the internet could tell me exactly what was going on, it caused the PC to slow down terribly and somethings had become almost unusable.
