So about a month ago i RMA'd my Zotac GTX 770 2GB AMP! because it started to, on a more common occasion, create a buzzing noise.

The noise wasn't from the fans and was coming from something on the GPU itself. It didn't occur all the time either, sometimes it would occur during gaming, sometimes whilst i am just using Chrome and Teamspeak 3. It didn't effect the performance of the GPU, but was somewhat annoying as i am sensitive to the noises my PC makes.

Yesterday, my replacement began to make the noise as well. It hasn't done it again, i was just wondering if this is either coil whine or frequency whine? And if it shouldn't be an issue and just put up with it?

Not sure what you mean by frequency whine, but coil whine or any similar component can resonate and use the circuit board to amplify the noise so it is audible.

Main causes are bad design that will happen on most/all cards of the same model or bad manufacturing such as the glue on a component coming loose causing the component to "buzz" as it's not solidly mounted.

*Regardless, there's a reason I go with higher quality boards like ASUS and coil whine is the main one. There's not much you can do about it other than RMA'ing this one too and hoping third times a charm!
