gigabyte mobo GA-G MES2L

Hi. my mobo is GA-G31-MES2L, cpu : core2duo e7300 @2.7 GHz, 4 GB ddr2 ram, psu: NEW MATRIX , model :atx 650 W.
I have gpu 9500 gt 1 gb ddr2 and i wanna upgrade to amd r7 250x 1 gb ddr5.
is it compatible with mobo and psu?

2) The r7 250X is the pcieX16 V3.0

You need read the all article even the comments. And also make sure your MB has the right version (rev. 1.x, 2.x 2.3X or 2.4X), update the BIOS, http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=... and try the r7 250X. If you can get the nvidia GPU then you have the better chance, which the GPU and MB are compatible.
