I have a HP labtop and all of a sudden it says it cannot locate connection? but I have confirmed I have internet connection on the computer and other labtop. Does anyone know if this is caused by having to replace the network card? Please help... Thanks for any feedback

If there were no recent changes to the laptop, double check that the wireless is still turned on for the notebook. I would next try a USB adapter for the wifi to try and connect to bypass the dysfunctioning wireless.
k I will try that. Its a fairly new labtop and yes the wireless light is on. I even troubleshooted it through my labtop help feature and it says it cannot find any more information to contact technical support. I did have to reset my labtop like 2 different times. Will that affect my wireless? Thank you for your help/feedback

Rebooting the laptop should not disable the wireless. I would try a USB wifi adapter as this is the easiest way to fix whatever the issue is.
