Hello everyone. A quick question for the experts here.

First off my PC specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo E7600 3.06ghz
4x 2gb Komputerbay DDR 2 ram (8 total)
MSI HD 6450 1gb DDR3 (I know lol)
24x DVD RW
320 GB HDD

Aside from an 80mm exhaust fan, a wireless mouse and keyboard, this is all that is running in this PC. Very basic. It is my everything PC. Movies, Music, some Gaming.
Here lately the HD 6450 has been giving me fits. I think it's on the way out, so i've reverted back to the onboard graphics. I have been looking around for a new video card when I stumbled upon the Geforce GT 730 1gb GDDR5 video card. Specifically the PNY version. I am looking for a decent card, that is not pricey. This card is going for $64.99 new and according to specs, it blows the HD 6450 out of the water.

It requires a 300w power supply with 18a on the 12v Rail. It's power draw is 34w. So here lies my question:

The power supply I have is a 280w with TWO 12v rails. One has 14a the other has 8a. Would the GT 730 run on this power supply or do I need to upgrade? I know more is better but I am kind of stuck here and strapped for cash lol. If I can avoid getting the new PSU and go for the card that would be great. Please, any help or insight would be great!

Thank you.
