I'm in the middle of sleeving all my PSU cables, and I was wondering if its Ok to take the pins out of the 2 pin connector, separate them, put electrical tap around each one, and put each one under the sleeving? I don't need them for my graphics card and this will get them out of the way. Will this cause me any kind of issues for me or will it be OK since no metals touching them and there not touching each other and since they are coated in electrical tape. Thanks for any help. Should be pics below to help explain.

should be fine. just be 100% certain there is no exposed copper touching ANYTHING remotely conductive. that could kill your psu/gpu and cpu as well as pretty much anything else in your system faster then you could blink.

The +2 pins are both grounds so there isn't even any voltage on them to worry about so yes, you can safely just fold them back and wrap them in electrical tape without issue.

Thanks for the quick answers. Yea i separated them from each other and covered them both in electrical tape so i see no exposed metal. There not near any other exposed metal either. Sounds like I should be good though so im gona give them another look over and sleeve em up. Thanks for the help guys!
