What is the difference between EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5 256bit, Dual-Link DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI,DP, SLI Ready Graphics Card (02G-P4-2765-KR) Graphics Cards 02G-P4-2765-KR
and
EVGA GeForce GTX760 2GB GDDR5 256bit, Dual-Link DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI,DP, SLI Ready Graphics Card (02G-P4-2761-KR) Graphics Cards 02G-P4-2761-KR
The price varies 12 $, the first being the most expensive, I want to buy one, please tell me which one!

The first is "superclocked" which is basically a higher clock than the stock ones. It also features EVGA's ACX cooling, which will allow for higher OC'ing than the second one, and it will run quieter. For only $12 more, I would get the 760 superclocked.
