Afternoon TH
So last night I was up designing this PC my dad wants me to make him. Budget is 650$.

My Questions:
Is it worth it?
Is the ram legit? 40$ for 8gb of gaming-grade RAM is surreal
Should I toss in a copy of "Watch dogs"?
Should I liquid cool?

Other things: 250gb is all he said he needs. he has this 5tb external RAID drive he keeps everything on
He does game a little bit, having a PC that does it (relatively) well may help a bit

Note: I am getting paid for the construction, the 650$ is my budget for seperation from what I am actually paid
