Windows 8.1 Won't Boot/could not complete the installation

I've had my Pavilion 10 TS Notebook PC for about a week, and I started getting multiple BSODs after installing the updates that Microsoft just removed. I tried doing an Image Recovery but the power went out during the process and it turns on, and a box appears that says "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation

If you start the notebook and immediately begin pushing the F8 key until the recovery options menu appears, you should be able to either continue or restart the installation using your recovery partition.
