Solution

Your GPU might be throttling due to heat. Overclocking doesn't really cause damage until...
It looks like your nvidia drivers are crashing or something to that affect. For what its worth I could never get hibernate to not BSOD/completely lock up on me for any of my systems. (atleast 4, ranging from a pentium 4 to an athlon 2 x3 to phenom 2 x6 to this i5)

a couple weeks ago i overclocked my gpu more than i should off and now i'm getting less performance than i got before. now i get fps drops / unstable fps in games i could run with stable fps.
( possibly slowed down my gpu and need replacement)

also my display driver has stopped responding and successfully recovered when i was installing new gpu drivers could of been cause?

Your GPU might be throttling due to heat. Overclocking doesn't really cause damage until you start increasing voltage massively. Put it back to stock clocks and see if that fixes the problem.
