I have Netgear A6200 WiFi USB Adapter for my desktop PC which is upstairs in my house. I recently had to buy a new one because the other one fell apart. The adapter that fell apart still worked, even though it was hanging by a wire. Then I started to notice that I would randomly lose internet for a minute or so, but I still could call people on Skype, and message friends on Steam. I asked my brother if he lost internet on his laptop and he said no. So then I figured that it was my broken adapter so I went out and bought a new one yesterday. My internet bars went up from 3 to 4-5. I was on the internet and then the web page stopped loading so I knew I was not receiving internet. Does anyone know what the problem may be? Before the first one fell apart I would get perfect internet, now it seems to disconnect a few times a day. Oh and the adapter is in the back of my PC which doesn't make a difference because my old one worked fine back there. Thanks

did u uninstall the old adapter files? maybe try to uninstall ALL network adapters in device manager and see if your current one re-installs OK... and there are no others.

No, I didn't have too. I just plugged in the new one and it automatically connected to my existing network.
