So to start, i play games like WoW, and LoL, and etc. I went to log in today and as soon as i enter the game i get disconnected. So i said to myself, must be a server issue. So i went to play LoL and all of a sudden I am getting RADS erros from the game. Basically giving me messages about my internet not being able to connect to the kernel. THEN! I was like well wtf, i better look up some guides on how to fix this issue. So i went to google and started doing searches and no youtube videos will run, and when i try going to sites that download drivers and etc, instead of starting the downloads i get the google message "Webpage is not available". Thats when i started to use my VERY LIMITED computer knowledge to try and fix the issues, with the help of the few websites i could gain access to. This is what I did in the order i can remember
1. Rebooted Router and Moden---> No effect
I recently got a new wireless dongle from Tp-Link, so i thought that could be the issue, so i tried fiddling with the drivers for about 2 hours and could never seem to get ANY drivers that I needed to even initiate a download at all.
2. Attempted New drivers----> Hit a brick wall
3. System Restore to 10 days prior when i know my computer was working--> Got rid of my Tp-links drivers and renewed my older NETGEAR dongles drivers, so I went ahead and tried that one out--------------->NO CHANGE
4. Played with proxy setting-----No results (So i set them back to what they were at default)
5. Flushed my DNS with ipconfig/flushDNS
6. Ran ipconfig/release and Ipconfig/renew (I found these ccommands online, on several forums so i figured id try them out, i do not know many commands)---> NO results
7. Ran a tracert to the wow server i play on---->Got ALOT of * * * and connection timed out things, also got MS responses all in the 800's
8. I came here, since this is my last ditch effort on everything i try to fix! SO please help meeee
