What's the difference between these 2 AsRock mini itx motherboards?

Hi guys, I'm building a mini ITX build. I was going to opt for a Gigabyte GA z97 wifi board, but I noticed there are some well received cheap options from AsRock. I've narrowed down to two boards - both look very similar... near identical, but there's a price difference. Can anyone more knowledgeable than myself take a look and offer their advice? Which should I buy for my system?

Here are the two boards http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157504&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157531&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3640578&SID=skim526X834X22ec014f95189273bf81ee0525694e87

Thanks so much.

Thanks for the reply. The one thing worth noting is that the Z97E price factors in a 20 dollar mail in rebate, so there is about 20 dollars to be - at least temporarily - saved going for the other one!

I think I might backtrack and go for the Gigabyte board http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=1000031504&sku=98925&vpn=GA-Z97N-WIFI&manufacture=Gigabyte&promoid=1297

What did you end up doing? I was wondering same thing and also came to the same conclusion. Did you go Gigabyte or Z97E?

Hey man, I ended up deciding on the Gigabyte in the end. It has worked well, but there was a slight compatability problem with the corsair h100i - the USB port component was blocking the tube from being fitted correctly. I managed to push it in... but it's not exactly an ideal fit.

Here's the full spec I ended up with.

CASE: CORSAIR | OBSIDIAN 250D R
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K Processor - Quad Core, @ 4.4GHZ
CPU cooler: Corsair H100i
GPU: AMD r9 290X
Motherboard: GIGABYTE|GA-Z97N-WIFI Z97 ITX R
PSU: ROSEWILL| CAPSTONE-550 550W RT (gold rated)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport Very Low Profile 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR3-1600
SSD: Sandisk ULTRA II 256 GB + 1TB drive + 500GB drive

Thank you. :) My main concern for it is the WiFi, I've read around and it seems some people have had trouble with it. Have you had any trouble with the WiFi on it or no? (It seems like the people who write the reviews tend to be the ones with the bad experiences XD)

No problem. I haven't noticed any issues with the wifi myself. I was relatively impressed with its range and, personally, I haven't had any problems!
