Hi guys, I'm building a mini ITX build. I was going to opt for a Gigabyte GA z97 wifi board, but I noticed there are some well received cheap options from AsRock. I've narrowed down to two boards - both look very similar... near identical, but there's a price difference. Can anyone more knowledgeable than myself take a look and offer their advice? Which should I buy for my system?

Here are the two boards http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Thanks so much.

Here is the comparison: http://www.asrock.com/mb/compare.asp?SelectedModel=Z97M...

The Z97E-ITX/ac has one more SATAIII port, and one HDMI-in, more USB2.0, more power phase. But when you add up the shipping ( for the Z97M-ITX/AC ), and they have almost same price, $115 is for Z97E-ITX/ac, $113 is for Z97M-ITX/AC. And I will get Z97E-ITX/ac.

Thanks for the reply. The one thing worth noting is that the Z97E price factors in a 20 dollar mail in rebate, so there is about 20 dollars to be - at least temporarily - saved going for the other one!

I think I might backtrack and go for the Gigabyte board http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=100003150...
