When I booted onto Windows 8.1, my CPU is running at 5.7 Ghz. Is this safe? I've only put the maximum on 4.5 Ghz!

Okay first did you do your own overclocking? If so set down some settings. If not then try restarting your desktop. If it continues PM me, okay.

I've downloaded CPU-Z and it's showing the right amount of overclock. I'm not sure why it's showing incorrect number on the task manager. But that sure as hell scared the crap out of me haha.
