CPU FAN and Case Fan stopped working

i'm having a bad day cause my pc is having a trouble and it started just yesterday. Yesterday the only problem is that the monitor is showing "no signal" and the keyboard and mouse does't work as well, so i decided to check the cpu and clean it as well but right after i have cleaned and put back all to it's place the PSU fan and the case fan has stopped working as well. Shocks really need someone to help me out. :( what went wrong?

Well, if the PSU is good and everything connected to the mobo is going kaput, it sounds like your mobo is dying. Are the conditions you described constant, or does everything pep up when you power up but then fade out? Is the mobo still under warranty?

Not really - the mobo is the hub that everything in your system works through. How old is the board?

You said that you tried your PSU on a different PC - did you try the other PSU on yours? It probably won't make any difference but it's worth trying. If you have a GPU installed, try removing it as well as all of the drives (HDD, SSD, ODD) and hooking your monitor to the mobo I/O panel and see if you can get any kind of graphics to show up. You'll want to physically check your CPU temp while doing this if your cooler fan is still not working. You can also try booting with just a single stick of DRAM installed. If that doesn't work, try the other or others, and try it in all the slots.

These are all long shots, considering your system's symptoms, but trying them can't hurt.

Good questions. A slight chance they could be molex connectors.
