I need a new pc and I have a very small budget to do so. I prefer to buy from Newegg.com, but if the components are not listed on Newegg, I will buy from other sites. I will probably only be playing League Of Legends with it.

Need monitor: Yes

Need mouse and key board: Yes

Need WiFi adapter: No

New OS: Yes

Solution
I don't think 500 bucks is enough for OS , Monitor , Keyboard , mouse and the system itself However I did one for 525 without a monitor
