Hi all,
I had been using a 3 monitor set up with 3 identical Dell 23 inch 1080p models connected to my GTX 780Ti. I have only been using the centre monitor though for gaming or visual stuff so decided to upgrade to a larger higher res centre screen. I now have the 2560x1440 Asus PG278Q ROG and I want to have it as the centre screen for gaming and 2 of the Dells on either side for browsers/apps etc.
Is it a simple task to have screens set up in this manner with different resolutions? I haven't tried connecting anything up yet as I was keen to get a feel for things on the forums before I do something wrong. Just to clarify I don't want to have gaming stretched across all 3 screens - I have experimented with this on and off in my current set up and have decided I just want the main screen dedicated to gaming.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
James
