CD only plays in VLC, absolutely nothing else works (WMP and FB2K). I'm trying to rip it but VLC doesn't do anything when I try and nothing else works.

Plays in my DVD player no problem, my PC drive plays/rips everything else perfectly.

My PC drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

It's a Chinese CD, not sure whether it was purchased here in the US or in China.

0D93D665 is the error code I get from Foobar but a search on Google yields nothing.

More about : rip play

Have you checked what file format the files inside your CD has? It might be that the file format of the files inside your CD is only compatible for VLC. Check what file format does it have so I can give you a solution to your problem.

Windows says it's CDFS.

There you go, you'll need to convert the CDFS file to MP3 or WMV. You'll need to download some file converters such as Xilisoft, etc.

Can't convert it to anything, it just stays at 0% forever or stops immediately, for now I'll just leave it alone, stupid CD.

Lols, are you sure you are using the correct converter. CDFS file format is a linux based file as per Wikipedia :p . So amybe I think you'll have a hard to convert it.
