I am building a computer and I have everything else I will need. I was planing on getting the following. It adds up to about $810 and i cant really go past that. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XRDFmG

I was planing on buying the following to OC but am having doubts because i don't know how to do it to be honest. What should i get instead of if i don't OC. Or would you recommend I OC anyways? (if so should i still switch anything?) Should i get a better GPU and lower CPU?

GPU Gigabyte gtx 760 2gb ($250)
CPU I5 4690k ($225)
CPU Cooler Hyper evo 212 ($32)
MB msi z97 ($119)

With that build, I would not overclock at all, it is not needed. Your build will play any game on the market with no problems.

Okay, thanks, but if i'm not going to OC should i get a different MB and drop the CPU cooler since I picked those to OC and get a better GPU/CPU or upgrade anything else in the build?

Keep it, you may want to boost your performance down the road, I dont know exactly which MSI board that is, but most have a overclock genie button you push to make overclocking easier and I think you can also do it with the genie in your BIOS. Your CPU/GPU are great choices.

Will trade blows with a 760 all day long, can easily be oc'd to 280x speeds with the supplied software (or get MSI Afterburner) which easily beats the 760 yet currently costs $50 less than your choice. Needs a good 520w+ psu. Rest of the build looks good and I'd keep it
