Don't get a R7-250 it's crap, get at least a R7-260x or better yet a R9-270

also i can call sales and replace any product aand keep that pc so i could change anything in there, are super flower psu's good?

The only thing you can upgrade without going over budget on the prebuild is the harddrive. It might be worth it to get twice the space for a little extra.
