Hi my computer keeps crashing to a blue screen saying registry error. I've tried restoring it but I keep getting the message " The instruction at 0xfc0d584d referenced memory at 0x00000008. The memory could not be read." Does this have something to do with my RAM? Do I need more? Please help me and thank you.

do you have a USB drive lying around? download memtest onto it, reboot your computer into your bios, go to the boot menu and boot from USB. memtest will test to see if your ram is faulty, it will take a little while

Would also run CCleaner, before or after, your call, on your registry to see if that works. Definitely backup your registry when prompted as messing with the registry is potentially very bad but CCleaner is good about being as safe as possible
