I've overclocked my 4280k a good bit and I'm having zero issues, but I'm wondering if I can go further.. I don't want to deal with stress tests and config's for hours when I can get a general idea here.

At what level of voltage is it considered dangerous with these processors? I'm not even using a high voltage tweak, my processor seems to overclock nicely without much effort, but I've already overclocked it a good bit. I'm thinking if I can get a higher OC I can pass up on the 8 core upgrade when it releases for even longer and just focus on the mobo and DDR4 right now.

Generally you're going to want to stay around 1.25v. Never surpass 1.3v in my opinion.
You can get great numbers with that chip with little to no change in voltages
