i just want to know what some people think of this as a set up

Solution
If possible, get the non le version of that mobo, especially if you plan to overclock that fx 8350. Also, you could just grab a fx 8320 since it is the same as the 8350 just with a smaller stock overclock.

What PSU do you plan on getting and why do you need 850w? Are you planning on Crossfire r9 280x? Because I don't think any of the 970 chipset mobos support true crossfire (x8, x8 rather than x8, x4)
